You can prepare custom templates for customer emails for repetitive tasks like sending joining emails, feedback emails etc.
Selecting a template for email
Go to CRM → Contacts → Click on a contact → Email → Select the template from the drop-down menu.
Creating a new template
Go to CRM → Email Campaigns → Settings → Add Templates.
After clicking the “Add Templates” button, you will find the following pop up form:
Here, you will have to enter the Name, Subject, and Body for the template you want to create. However, there is also a drop-down menu from which you can select the shortcodes to make the body more dynamic and precise.
Note: Using the shortcode {first_name} will automatically populate the desired receiver’s name in the message text.
