Contact Activities Management

All of your CRM activities like new contact additions, notes, emails, logs, and schedules will be displayed chronologically in this section. Hover on the tiny timer icon to the right of each task to see exactly when the entry was logged.

To see the contact activity, navigate to the Activities tab in the CRM system.

There are some useful filters on the top to help sort out things.

  1. Drop down menu to filter emails, logs, tasks, meetings etc.
  2. Drop down menu to select a user by creation.
  3. Drop down menu to select the user assigned to or for.
  4. Option for selecting a date of creation.
